Who we are
This website is operated by Lombard Group Real Estate Inc., Brokerage, a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage. We market new homes at the Wellwood community in Niagara Falls as a third party. We are not employed by or affiliated with Empire Homes.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the registration form or by messaging us:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- What you told us you're looking for — collection of interest, bedrooms, budget range, timeline, whether you're buying as a first home or an investment, and whether you're already working with an agent
- Anything you write in the message field
- Which page you submitted from
We do not collect payment details, financial account information or government identification through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. Specifically: to send you current pricing, lot availability and incentive details, to arrange a private appointment, and to follow up about Wellwood and comparable new home releases in Niagara if you consented to that.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to our sales team and stored in our own Google Workspace account. Google acts as our service provider for email and file storage and processes the data on our instructions. Where we need to pass your details to Empire Homes to register you for a release or an appointment, we will tell you first.
We may disclose information where required by law, or as necessary to complete a real estate transaction you have asked us to help with.
Consent, and how to withdraw it
Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) we only send commercial messages to people who have consented. Ticking the consent box on the registration form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, gives us that consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time — reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, message us on WhatsApp, or email sales@wellwoodniagarahomes.com. We action requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days, as CASL requires. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not stop us replying to an enquiry you have already made.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it where we have no legal or contractual need to keep it. Ask us and we'll respond within 30 days at no charge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and for up to seven years after a completed transaction where Ontario real estate record-keeping rules require it. If you never transact with us and ask us to delete your details, we will.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and stylesheets are served from this domain rather than an external network, so no third party is notified when you visit. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set cookies when that map loads. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
If we add website analytics later, we will update this page before doing so.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial information through the form — we'll arrange a secure method when it's needed.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to anyone on our contact list.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
